RENTAL CONDITIONS:

1. Ask about the availability of the apartment by the contact form on the website or by e-mail: booking@apartmentasta.com

2. We will respond to your request as soon as possible!

3. After confirmation of availability you can make reservations by e-mail.

4. Make a prepayment to the bank account specified in ordering.

5. If you decide to use any additional services, you can pay for them in cash on the spot.

6. Cancellation policy. Cancellation up to 4 days before arrival - prepayment will be returned in full. For cancellation later than 4 days prior to arrival date - 50% of prepayment return.

7. Check in 2 p.m. Check out 11 a.m. If you need to check in earlier, please let us know in advance.

8. Please inform us about your check-in exact time by phone or SMS at least half an hour in advance.

9. The apartment doesn't have a regular reception. Check-in after 11 p.m. is possible for an extra charge of 30 PLN.

10. In the case of damage caused by the guest during the stay, the costs of repairs need to be covered before check-out.

If you have any questions about the apartment or special requests ask them in your message.
